Romney is going to lose Florida. I’m state that again, “Romney is going to lose Florida.” You’ve read that, but the Republican Establishment won’t and even if they did, it doesn’t matter to them. They want Romney. They will go out of there are to sabotage all other candidates. They will even go to the MSM to derail all comers.

The Republican Establishment is the problem. The same case can be made for the Democrats as well, but that particular party is beyond saving. But the Republican Party can be pulled back from the edge of the abyss that the RNC, the pundits and the rest are so blindly stepping over, and willingly so.

The fight has been on between the Republican Base and the Establishment since Romney was anointed as “presumed.” We know that. And the John McCain’s endorsement has been called the ‘Kiss of death.’ If any more elaboration on this two points needs to be made, just let me know.

Moving on. Gingrich will win Florida. Why? Well, since he decided being beat up badly prior to the Iowa Caucus, he realized that his own party was playing for keeps. Gingrich started to fight, but there’s more to his fight. It’s his style. It’s his drive. It’s his articulation, on the stump and at the debates, but is that, that one element that not only shines, but blasts through? I do believe it’s his over love of country. It’s shows and it’s unmistakable.

Oh, the other candidates love the nation. I’m sure of that. Santorum has that same innate ability but his enthusiasm is not, at present, driving it. Ron Paul, who may do reasonably well in Florida, is too busy instructing everyone on how bad things are to show that affecting, and of course, saying everything foreign policy problem is American’s fault, probably doesn’t help either. Now, Romney is at a disadvantage for the simply fact that he is reserved to an uncorrectable fault.

What can’t be forgotten is the Romney luggage train which keeps adding more baggage. It’s serious problem and won’t go away, having somewhat crippled his credibility. This is where Gingrich has the advantage. He is a known quality, a fact which is not debatable. Santorum on the other hand, and ironically so, is a moral candidate with stated position, which he lives by and has played to his disadvantage. He’s a nice, honest guy, and even people in the Base don’t care for that. Ron Paul has fallen into the same trap as Romney. He has a core of supports, but that core is not growing, even though his message has importance, the messenger is not helping the cause.

Finally, a completely uncorrectable issue for Romney is the fact that the Republican Establishment has pitted itself against, the Base, and the Base knows that, and the Base will fight, so the battle will gone on. And one way for the other, the Establishment will lose and the Base will hold the Republican Party responsible.

The Rand Paul and TSA

The detention of Senator which is what it was generally went by the by. I expected more from it, but then again, I expect people to have read and understand the Constitution of the United States. I expect too much, but to make my point, here’s the pertinent quote from Article I, Section 6 of that great document, which states members of Congress:

“shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

Here is another example of the Constitution being trampled on, one, because the Obama Administration supported the detention, and two, because the TSA employees were ignorant.

The TSA should be defunded and removed, and people must understand that the present administration has overstepped its bounds and over stayed whatever welcome it had.

White House to make Rand Paul a hero?

A clash is now on going between Rand Paul and the Obama’s TSA, which the administration supports.

The TSA isn’t popular, and has shown itself to be incapable of making coherent policies and decisions, and some TSA employees have out and out law breakers.

I don’t make predictions often, but the White House is going to lose this one in the long run.

Newt Gingrich faces one insurmountable problem and that is “forurteen percent (14%) have already cast their vote. In early voting, but we don’t know when those votes were cast. Two weeks ago, Romney led, but Santorum has significant support prior to that. So, who did those absentee voters go for? No one knows, and polls can’t reflect that.

Romney loses twice.

Romney has been touted as a very successful presidential nominee, but the facts are otherwise. He lost Iowa, but the Republican committee in the Hawkeye State threw the ‘presumed’ nominee a bone, by declaring a tie, but anyone who wants to be honest knows Santorum won. New Hampshire is the ex-governor’s stomping ground and Romney received 39.4% of the vote, leading Ron Paul’s 22.9%. Not good. Again, New England is Romney’s ground.

This past Saturday in South Carolina Newt Gingrich shellacked Mitt Romney. The point spread was only 12%, but Gingrich reached a solid 40%, something Romney has been unable to accomplish, even New Hampshire.

Romney win New Hampshire apparently means nothing after a spirited attack by Gingrich, who not only took off the gloves but put on the brass knuckles. If Gingrich keeps ups the offence against the ‘presumed nominee’ and the MSM, the ex-governor may have to call it a day.

Santorum claims his victory, which won’t make the Republican establishment to happy, but the party elites already tried to steal the win from the senator by calling it a “virtual tie.”

Romney joined the elites in this “spoiling for a tie.” If Santorum keeps, doggedly stating his victory, it only makes Romney and the Republican establishment look, well, cheap.

The fight for South Carolina goes on. Newt just may clinch it as he has a post-debate surge. “The latest telephone survey of likely GOP primary voters in the state finds Gingrich with 33 percent support to Romney’s 31 percent.” Santorum may move up in the polls now that he has a legitimate win under his belt. In an election year everything matters, and those that say Iowa doesn’t are just hiding from reality.

Perry leaving the race doesn’t help Romney. Who will be helped? Gingrich or Santorum will be the beneficiary. If Gingrich is, there’s enough to put him over the top. A stronger showing for Santorum is possible for the fact that the announcement that the senator won Iowa is a significant.

Again, waiting and seeing is important. I don’t count Gingrich or Santorum out. Romney is in trouble.

What about Paul? He’s trailing Santorum, and I don’t see any pick up for him.

Romney goes into ultra-spin mode. Santorum won, and that’s reality. But of course, we’ll be told in some quarters how the Iowa doesn’t matter, but everyone who wants to admit knows better.

Congratulations to Santorum. He earned it. And Romney is still trying to play down the win and even out right stealing it.

Romney is fight to stay alive in the south. Gingrich chews away at his lead, and this Iowa caucus lose can’t be helping the ex-governor. Spike Iowa on top of Bain and RomneyCare and the problems simply escalate and Romney’s viability decreases in kind.

All things considered, and I’ll repeat this. Romney is not doing that well. So far, he hasn’t enthused the Republican base. His two ‘wins’ are questionable in many ways. Any one who wants to be honest will admit that. When it comes to Iowa, yes, it was only a caucus, but the fact is Romney lost. No amount of verbal or written diarrhea can change that. And New Hampshire was a botched win considering the fact that he only led by 16 points. Let’s think here. Romney’s lead wasn’t even 20 point, which as the expectation.

These are my thoughts on the subject, not feelings, and I can’t ‘talk Romney down.’ I don’t have the influence. Something may not be rotten in the state of Denmark, but I see a fall coming for Romney and I want it in the Primary, and not in general election.

New Hampshire: Romney didn’t do that well.

The trumpeters for Romney are wrong again. After almost losing caucus in Iowa, and getting a mere 16 point win over Ron Paul, things still aren’t looking good for the ex-Massachusetts governor. A vote of 39.4% in a liberal state like New Hampshire is nothing to write home about, but it is part of a recipe for loss in a general election. Romney is still facing a fight, which will, given the ferocity of the other candidates in the filed, have the possibility of bringing down the Romney Campaign even more.

Let’s face. South Carolina is not Romney’s best field of battle. Not because of his religion mind you, but because of his liberalism—he’s a hard liberal republican, pejoratively known as a RINO, and he’s yet proved to the majority of the Republicans that he’s otherwise.

The first primary of the season is today. It won't be the last and the decision won't be made today either. The Romney lead has eroded. Paul holds his ground. Huntsman popped up and Santorum has holding his own considering the fact that he was in the same boat as Huntsman a week ago. What’s Gingrich’s future? I wait and see.

But as a reminder, this is the beginning not the end, and Romney if he is to have any chance of moving on, he must be bloody in the political area, and fortunately for America, Gingrich is doing the job, no one else wants to.

What do we know about New Hampshire? Romney is in the lead there. Should anyone one be surprised. Mitt’s from New England, and has been campaign for three years. But the Granite State not a barometer of Republican sentiment. South Carolina is not Romney’s stopping ground, and Santorum is presently moving fast up on the ex-governor:

“A Rasmussen Reports survey showed that Santorum - who was the choice of just 1% of South Carolina Republicans two months ago - had jumped to 24%, only three points behind Romney at 27%.”

South Carolina was all by in Herman Cain’s pocket when he dropped from the race. Cain had 33% of the primary vote. Where will those votes go? To Romney? Think again.

This part of what I read today. I try to keep it a bit of a mixed bag. The Republican primary does dominate to an extent and that should be expected. From other postings, it’s obvious I am not a fan of Mitt Romney. Part of it having to do with this presumptive nominee business, which I’m sure is ‘presumptive,’ but I say let him work for it, and if someone else rises above, so be it and as far as I am concerned, it’s for the better.

As I tell everyone I speak and write to, I will wait and see. Let the process work, while guarding it as best as possible.

Santorum is the big Iowa Caucus winner. Spending his time in Hawkeye state, doing the groung work, hoofing it, riding in a truck from county to county reveals a man who, only one wants to president, but is going to doing the work, against all odds, to earn the respect of the voters and win the race. He did win and big. His win can’t be ignored. Santorum knows that, and considering the footwork he’s already done, I think it’s safe to say that he’s ready for the onslaught from the left, the right, from Romney from his own party.

Romney won by a handful of votes—eight to be exact, which cost his campaign $113.07 a vote, while the close, breathing-down Romney’s neck Santorum spent $1.65. In short, Romney didn’t do so well considering he’s the ‘presumptive’ GOP nominee.

If I heard Newt Gingrich’s speech right last night, as accepting the fact that he was fourth in the race, but not giving up—he’s an angry candidate, and he’s targeting Mitt Romney with every gun he’s got. Romney hasn’t had to face a total head-on confrontation, and it’s going to be bloody, costly and gives Santorum the time to organize, collected the inevitable inflow of cash. As I’ve written before and will now, Romney is slowly fading away. As Mr. Nobody, the Romney campaign is trouble. Rick Santorum can legitimately say, “It’s just you and me, Mitt.”

In the last month, the Cain campaign collapsed, Gingrich shot to the top, but has since lost much ground, while Romney stays frozen in polls, never having gained any ground. Some talk and reportage has put Ron Paul in the lead in the coming Iowa Caucus. Still, the race is on and it looks as if Rick Santorum will have his day:

The new Rasmussen Reports survey of Iowa caucus participants shows Romney on top with 25% of the vote followed by Paul at 20% and former House Speaker Newt Gingrichz at 17%. Texas Governor Rick Perryz and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorumz, both at 10%, are the only other candidates in double-digits. Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmannz earns six percent (6%), former Utah Governor Jon Huntsmanz four percent (4%), while one percent (1%) prefer some other candidate and eight percent (8%) are not sure.

The reality Rick Santorum just may step formally in to the ring. The Santorum campaign has been firm, consistent, and the candidate himself has been on message and always done well in the debates.

Romney has not been seen favorably by 70% to 75% of the Republican base, which is waiting and watching to grab on to the one person who, simply, is not Romney.

Ron Paul is generating 20% in Iowa, but has problem nationally, with everything from stains of racism to 9/11 conspiracy theories to major gaffs in foreign policy statements.

Rick Perry and Rick Santorum are paired up in 4th place in this recent poll, which in the long run may be more for both. Santorum rises and Perry has stabilized a drop that could prepare him for a rise.
The race is still on. The only presumption is that Romney has to earn the top-spot and the reality is he’s not doing well, and even Rick Santorum may ultimately sideline the ex-Massachusetts governor.

The Next President

President Obama is looking at a very rough ride to any hope of reelection. Will he be reelected? Presently, “No.” It’s so bad I don’t think even a big war will save him. His foreign policy, even with the assassination of Osama Ben Laden isn’t enough. Too much of the world is tainted by his indecision, lack of forethought, and a basic lack of a foreign policy. The reality is he didn’t run as a ‘Foreign Policy’ president, and it shows.

The whole of North Africa has fallen away from American influence, unless Obama wanted Islamic strongholds in those countries. We suppose he did not, any other thought in the other direction is a horrifying conclusion. So, due to his lack of understanding and the same lack of understanding by his State Department, that is Hillary Clinton, again, the whole of North Africa has been lost.

The president’s vacillation in his statements and actions regarding Israel shows a man who doesn’t know how to peruse a coherent policy or is shilling for votes. Either one is very bad. Israel is the only nation, which the U.S. could rely on in a large scale conflict. Where else is there? Iraq looks like it would be part of ‘ground zero’ keeping in mind that Iran would be the epicenter of any conflict.

A war with Iran is not impossible.

Now, who will be the next president, the one which will be replacing Obama, because he will more than likely loss in 2012, again, a war will not save him. The slow plodder has been Mitt Romney, and had stayed steady, between 25% and 30%, against rising and falling Republican challengers.

Herman Cain’s rocketing candidacy created enthusiasm and sideswiped Romney, and though Cain has left the race, the damage his rise didn’t to Romney is evident. It showed that the majority of Republican voters weren’t interesting in the Massachusetts governor, and that hasn’t changed. Once viewed by the Republican élites and the MSM has the ‘presumed’, Romney’s campaign has grown desperate as Gingrich has risen to take Cain’s place, and still rises. Will Gingrich keep the lead, maybe. But Romney is now in a slow fade, but fading none the less.

What is interesting is that Gingrich is being beat up daily about his past sins, about his divorces, about his flirtations with left-wing junk science and policy, AGW, and Cap and Trade, for instance. He’s getting more than vetting, but he’s enduring an examination Obama never received and to the detriment of the nation—going back to foreign policy.

Certain presidential candidates have not gone away. Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum are still shadowing the front runners, though their shadows are a distance behind. They should keep on going, and not drop out considering the volatility of the race. Romney may disappear entirely, and that second spot needs to be filled.

There are those pulling for Johnson and Paul, and they should continue to do so. Persistence can pay off and Rick Perry is still there.

Fact is Obama is a one-term president. His presidency is going to leave a mess behind. The new president will have to clean up not only the mess, but resuscitate the morale of the nation.

Patrice O’Neal : Most saddening news

I don’t watch television that much, a few hours during the whole of a week and it’s been that way for me for a number of years. But, I should qualify; I do watch TCM for the reason that there are no commercials. It’s the commercials, and what I see has a great number of shows that just don’t interest me. Occasionally, click to a station, and spend time viewing a program I won’t normally plan to watch. That goes for everyone I suspect. The other day I found myself watching a roast of Charlie Sheen, though not to see Sheen, but to hear what William Shatner could possibly say about Sheen.

I’ve seen the classic Dean Martin Roast, and they are funny. The insults were utterly ludicrous therefore impossible and never crude, or what I would call ‘mean.’ But this Charlie Sheen Roast was offensive. I’m sure this group of people new each other, how well I don’t know, but these comedians were simply abusive. If they were friends, they should be friends not more. None of the laughs were born of good nature humor, but of ‘I can’t believe he or she said that.’ One of the targets of this nefarious verbal assault disguised as humor was a Patrice O’Neal.

I don’t know who are the top comics or the up and coming. All I know is what I saw during that ‘roast’ which was more of a nasty insult fest—posing as comedy. The look on Patrice O’Neal’s face was enough to illustrate the high of the vicious humor. When his turn can to ‘roast’ Sheen, he spent more of his time ‘getting his own back’ from the rest of the ‘jolly’ band of comic ‘talent’.

The whole episode continues to confirm for me that humor in America has taken the wrong road. Insulting humor isn’t funny, because comedians are not Don Rickles.

The first time I ever saw Patrice O’Neal was on this television ‘roast’. No, I’m not a follower of popular television and entertainment culture, but O’Neal was worth the time I spend enduring that particular waste of time. What was truly saddening was that Patrice O’Neal recently passed away do to the complications of a stroke. His death at the age of 41 is most definitely a waste. RIP

China has great advantages. One is the U.S. is not standing in its way. And that’s probably the most important. But is that good?

Second-handed stories about China.

Some one I knew visit China a couple years ago on an artistic excursion to see how vases are made.

Thousands of people are involved as he elaborated on the process. Some dig out the clay, others create the vases, others create the designs and so forth and finally, someone else fires the vases in the final step in the chain of production.

But where’s the artistry?

Art is, I thought, an individual expression, not a group effort. Group expressions or expressions of a group are just propaganda. Right?

Let’s put aside Chinese vases for the moment, and consider an anecdote about a night visit to a McDonald’s in China, which city I don’t recall.

Image people, Chinese people, most having a paper cup for a soft drink with them as they slept at tables. You have to have purchases something to stay at a table, but they are sleeping. Why? Well, no one asked them, and they didn’t state their motivation either. They sleep at their chosen table at two o’clock in the morning.

Visitors to China enter with their caretaker, an escort. In the old Soviet Union the job of the caretaker was to make the country look good by avoiding issue which were ultimately political, because in a closed society driven by a totalitarian ideology everything is political, even the guy employed to give out the toilet paper at the public rest room, because everyone has a ‘right to work.’

So, the official escort leads the way into the golden arches franchise, and everyone orders, and sits and eats. All is quiet. Everyone concentrates on Big Macs and fries.

A young Chinese woman, somewhere in her early twenties, dressed in the signature McDonald’s uniform with cap, commences the tasks of sweeping the floor. Inadvertently, she bumps into an older woman, rousing her from slumber, and the Kung Pow pork hits the fan.

In Western Societies, the demand for decades was to respect your elders, and as we all know that has changed. Violent crime against the elder in some urban areas has bordered on blood sports. The People’s Republic of China, though a totalitarian or authoritarian construction depending on who you talk to demand that all are equal. Well, in China, the elder still demand respect for their age, a very noble idea, which the West should reconsider, but as I stated earlier: the Kung Pow pork hits the fan.
The elder Chinese patron, having been sleeping at the restaurant table foe who knows how long, is jostled from her slumber. She then stands and begins to scream at the young woman who was just doing her job, while also disturbing everyone else. Along with the screaming, the elderly Chinese woman blows her nose into a series of paper napkins, and after loading each one ups, lobs them at the young McDonald’s employee.

This goes on for at least thirty seconds. Thirty seconds is a long time at two in the morning when you’re a visitor to a foreign country and you’re just trying to eat in peace.

One of the visitors escorted in by a Chinese handler, losses it. It is, of course, an American. The request is made loud, clear, and succinct, “Shut the hell up, I’m trying to eat.”

The snotty, verbal assault on the McDonald’s employee ceases. The elderly woman is stunned. She does not utter a word to the American, but attracts the attention of a passing Westerner, a young man with a backpack and unkempt hair on his own tour of the People’s Republic.

Offended old woman wants him to reproach the American.

He looks to the American, considers, and then says, “I don’t know him,” and then goes on.

This scene may not seem like much when it has been reported that McDonald’s restaurants in America have been turned into veritable arenas for brawls. But this incident says something about China, something that does not appear in the news, or in books.

Every country has a cultural history and not all of it can be wiped away with any revolution. China has cultural. Tattoos are not popular in China though many of the young do like them. The dislike is so much so, that only now, has the Chinese military wavered those with tattoos for military service.

In China, an intelligent young man in the military is considered a waste, nothing noble or honorable about service to the nation apparently. That’s strange, considering in an authoritarian state, the state is the state, the end all, where the loyalty must be.

What will the parents of all these young men do when war comes? Tattoos or no tattoos, intelligence or no intelligence, loyalty to the state or not loyalty to the state, they’re no protection against bullets and bombs. The Chinese people have never been involved in a major modern war. I’d like to know what the average citizen of the People’s Republic of China thinks.

Romney in third, for real!

Cain shot up the polling charts after the September Florida straw poll put him ahead of everyone. He stayed at the lead even after the pummeling damage dealt by sexual harassment scandal. After the last debate Cain’s performance was what Cain usually offered, he defended, proposed, but offered no specifics on anything. He still stayed at the time.

Newt Gingrich is the candidate who shined in the debate. He rose to the top—literally in the polls. In the most recent polling, he now leads in Iowa, and other polls as well. A quick rise to the top, which is fine. He’s earned it with his slow steady slog, and he has more experience and appreciation for the Federal system than Romney does. Over time that will be to his advantage.

Romney is finally dropping after hovering around 25% since he announced his run. He never broke the 30% and no one ever seemed to be confident that he would.

Cain stole any wind Romney might have gotten in his sail, and it appears, rather obviously, that Gingrich will finish the Romney ride.

Romney is in third, and now, will be dropping even faster—for real.

A Cain weakness

The most visible weakness for Herman Cain is his foreign policy. Yes, he said he would surround himself with the best people, which any competent president should, but while out on the campaign trail every word said counts. He’s stepped on his tongue again, show in an unedited video clip:

“The video is being taken out of context,” said Cain Campaign spokesman JD Gordon. “He was taking questions for about 30 to 40 minutes on four hours of sleep. He didn’t say anything wrong or in accurate; it just took him a while to recall the specifics of Libya.”

Gordon added, “It just took him a while to gain his bearings.”

The point of the matter is the Cain Campaign is or rather was at a crossroad, and simply turned around and went back.

The sexual harassment issue can be dealt with simply because there is no evidence, just accusations. These kinds of errors, well, they can’t be ignored, and if Cain wants to future in this presidential race, it better be the last.

If there is anything which is ironic, that is, if he were president it wouldn’t matter. Now, Cain has to straighten this out, even though, it may already be too late. Nor many be not.

Remember Barak Obama is still president.

Romney third in Iowa, and dropping

If you’re a conservative the most recent poll presented by the Politico is the most important one so far. At one time Romney lead, but between the rise of Cain who still ranks first at 20%, Gingrich is next at 19%, with Romney trailing at third with 14%.

Romney, statistically ranks second, but with these numbers that’s not a comforting position for his campaign, but should make any conservative happy, and worry anyone the left and the Republican élite.

If you want to dig into the internals of the poll solid support is Cain’s at 9% while Gingrich and Romney are at 8%. But voters don’t look at internals, and that doesn’t help Romney one bit.

I stated in an earlier post that Romney won’t be getting the nomination. Now, keeping this in mind that we’re dealing with a poll and the Iowa primary is a month out and things can change, but my guess is the change will be for Romney, and it won’t be good.

Of course, the MSM, the left and everyone would normally laud the results, if the subject where anyone but Herman Cain.

Cain came through this Wednesday debate. If he’s not stronger, he’s not out. Time will tell how the harassment accusation will turnout, but presently, Cain’s accusers aren’t fairing well under scrutiny.

From the debate Romney faired well, but he wasn’t dynamic or interesting in any engaging way. He probably won’t be the nominee.

The steady as he goes candidate is Gingrich, and the rate he’s moving in the polls, Romney will soon be eclipsed. Cain, if he stays in the race, which he states he will, will probably be the one to overcome.

Anyone who wants to be honest knows that Mitt Romney is a holographic image. He has no depth and his Massachusetts record is not sterling, and not even sterile, because RomneyCare, a failed, state indebting program, which he help create, support and put into law, is a massive embarrassment and huge red-light in the eyes of any thing America.

Romney’s performance in last nights debate shows a man who can offer up prepped answers, but spontaneity and a real sense of personality are thin as light—that red-light. Too bad that red-light couldn’t be matched up with a red state, any red state. Romney is not a rugged, independent American type, not even like the founder of his religion, Joseph Smith, Jr.

Even the embattled Herman Cain, who after yesterday’s date may not be that embattled, has more presence of mind, character, and obvious enthusiasm for American, which the majority of Americans are looking for in a candidate. Romney is not.

It’s easy to say Romney is a shadow, but he is not quite as bad as President Obama, who is a shadow, a conglomeration of random parts and unanswered questions, and a Harvard grade with no transcripts or respectable vitae.

Romney is nobody, and the majority of the American voters realize that one phantom in office is enough, putting a nobody in the same seat just won’t happen.

When Obama’s administration goes into the dust bin of American political history, Romney will not be elected to replace him. ‘Nobody’ is not wanted.

Cain vs. Sandusky: anyone with any modicum of objectivity should pause and consider the circumstances. There is a difference isn’t there?

Sandusky has been arrested:

Seven counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. That’s what Sandusky was charged with Saturday morning when he was arrested. Also, eight counts of corruption of minors, eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child, seven counts of indecent assault and 10 other counts.

Apparently, Sandusky is a deviant and a predator, an authentic pedophile. This purulent behavior has gone on unchecked for at least a decade by Penn State officials who in aided and abetted a cover-up:

Curley and Schultz were charged with perjury and failure to report for allegedly failing to alert police when they learned of the alleged facts pertaining to Victim 2 in a meeting with the graduate assistant. In the case of Herman Cain, Twenty year old accusations have been brought to the fore by the Politico, but the details of the accusations and the details of the settlements are shrouds in legal shadows. The accusers won’t go public, even though they can, and, no doubt, are safe from any retribution, the MSM, Democrats, and, possibly Republican élites will make sure of that.

Gloria Allred’s find, Sharon Bialek, made her Monday night début, providing numerous and sorted details, and of course, she said, 'I Was Not Paid to Come Forward.' But, in this cynical world, one wonders, ‘If not now, when?’

It is only ‘She said. He said.’ There are no digital dots to connect, no corroborating witnesses. There are only the words of one person coming out of nowhere after ten years. But for Cain, the MSM and his opponents, his ‘He said’ isn’t enough. What really needs to be asked repeatedly is: Where is the cover-up?

The answer is: So far, there isn’t one. That’s fascinating considering that the 21st Century American political landscape littered with cover-ups, and elaborately ridiculous excuses, and obvious lies. So, is that what makes it difficult for some Americans to believe one man who simply proclaims his innocence?

Hours after Gloria Allred staged the press conference for woman No. 4, Cain made a television appearance:

"I was listening very closely and then when it was all over with, I said, well I know what we got to do because there's not an ounce of truth in all of these accusations and my team is putting this stuff together," he said. "That is why I'm willing to do a press conference tomorrow to set the record straight."

It can be suspected that many don’t want to get the record straight, and for some, it doesn’t matter. Cain is the target. But Cain has an advantage, himself:

"I will talk about any and all future firestorms because here's one thing people know about Herman Cain: I'm in it to win it and I'm not going to be discouraged," he said.

And from the statement, it could be reasonably assumed that Cain and cover-up don’t go together.

A couple of 90s vintage sexual harassment accusations have been trumpeted by the Politico. The accusers go unnamed, and back in the 90s they did settle out of court for undisclosed amounts of money. Five figures. Whatever that means.

Doesn’t this mean Cain did what they said he did? No?

Matter of fact, no one knows.

Herman Cain denies the allegations. He says he’s never sexually harassed anyone.

We can look at it this way: Innocent people usually do deny wrong doing.

Cain has come out in full defense of himself. He’s added to the story, in defense of himself, and the Politico offers nothing more.

What’s going to happen? Only time can tell.

But I suspect that Cain may just weather this and it will only make him stronger. For him, it’s better that this surprise came now, and not next November.

Gaddaffi is dead.

After being dragged from the back of truck, he disappeared into the midst of a raging crowed and soon afterwards was shot in the head. The reign of the 69 year old dictator is done.

Obama has decided that he didn’t lead from behind, which I define this way:

“When someone is in last place in any race, all he has to do is wait long enough and he will be first. This is want Obama does, but his problem is he doesn’t think anyone notices.”

But Libya has been declare an Islamic state, and I wonder how long it will be before Obama runs as fast as he can back to the rear of his own ‘march forward.’

In a republic, the suspension of elections, even the suggesting of such a thing, even as a joke, by an elected official should be an impeachable offence.

Governor Perdue did it, and should be threatened by the possibility. And that is my opinion.

During the Civil War elections were not suspended. During the worst of the "Long Depression" (the Panic of 1873 until 1879) no elections were suspended. And during the Great Depression, (1929 to 1939) no elections were suspended. Why now? What event has occurred that even warrants such obscene speculation? ObamaCare. The far left cannot have a new, and hopefully more conservative, Congress (House and Senate) repeal ObamaCare, as it is their not-so stealthy vehicle on which the far-left bases its hopes of destroying our Constitutional Republic.
Perdue's remarks were not a joke, this was not a mistake, and the mask was purposefully and deliberately allowed to slip. This is classic Alinsky; the forbidden idea enters the public discussion, the liberal experts and analysts seriously debate the horror as if it were a reasonable, the public becomes increasingly insensitive to the outrageous nature of the idea, more experts add their weight to the idea, and suddenly a horror becomes cutting edge, an acceptable option for the elites to foist on the masses.

What can you do about this? Call your Democratic Congressman and Senators and give them holy heck about even floating such an unconstitutional and perhaps treasonous plan. And treason it may be because suspending elections gives Aid and Comfort to the internal enemies of our nation who do not wish us to be a Constitutional Republic. Overreaction? No not at all: we are in a long war with malevolent forces in our land that want the destruction of our Constitutional Republic and want your silence and acquiescence. Call, write and blog about this outrage, let the networks, talk shows and local newspapers know that this is an attempt to cross a line that may not be crossed. We must demand their attention, so they will think hard about trying such a stunt again.

Fight continues in Libya, Hurricane Irene and possible Special Election win for Republican

I haven’t written here in sometime, having other urgent matters to attend to. What hasn’t occurred as of late is the capture or termination of Kaddafi by anyone, Nato or the ‘opposition’ who we still don’t know who they are or what political ideology constitutes it.

Six months into a military action which was only going to take days goes on still and, we’ve waited and watched as Kaddafi family members found friendly nations to run to, some to Algeria and Niger.

The fighting goes on.

Hurricane Irene swept through and washed and flooded a good part of the coast of the U.S. Some areas still suffer. A simply prolonged rain recently in the past week again, washed and flooded a good part of the east coast again. This occurred while Texas suffers from a drought and wildfires, which have not been seen since the 1880s.

All of this is just weather, not pattern. There’s no Anthropomorphic [manmade] Global Warming. Weather isn’t climate, and weather happens everyday.

President Obama isn’t fairing well in the popularity polls, so much so, that republican may just take a seat long held by democrats:

Gaddafi not going away

Muammar Gaddafi isn’t going away anything soon it appears, no matter what the ‘rebels’ or the Nato may be saying or doing:

“There were pro-rebel celebrations on the main squares in Tripoli and Benghazi late into Tuesday night but many people are reluctant to celebrate openly until Col Gaddafi and his sons are captured, the BBC's Wyre Davies reports from the city.”

First of all, no one can find Gaddafi, and his sons are roaming free, supposedly after being ‘taken captive’ by the opposition.

What’s going on? No one knows and celebrating ‘rebels’ aren’t changing that. We do know one important thing. Gaddafi is alive and free:

“In a radio speech rebroadcast on a Libyan satellite TV channel, Col Gaddafi pledged "martyrdom or victory" in the fight against Nato and the Libyan rebels.”

Some may say his time is short, but what are they basing that on. Fighting continues between the two sides and Nato is still bombing targets inside Tripoli.

Propaganda is being used on both sides, and since propaganda isn’t a collection of facts this conflict isn’t over and a winner can’t be declared, not yet.

The Education Bubble

Every bubble breaks, from the one created by the child’s bubble wand to the one created by government’s association with any entity beyond the Beltway. The real estate bubble, not just popped, but exploded, and the economy has not recovered, nor has government tinkering helped. The next bubble to detonate, as Americans struggle with the basic costs of food, fuel and government gluttony called taxation, is the education bubble.

The cost of a four-year degree is simply too much. How can that be? Let’s face it, anyone can go to college now. That statement sounds sinister doesn’t it. Let’s try it again:

Anyone can go to college.

Hum?

Well, yes, the statement is true. And it has to be true. Federal law says so. No one can be discriminated against. That’s a good thing, but why then does the statement: “Anyone can go to college” have a certain obtuse ring? I suspect that most people who are ‘aware’ recognized the fact that there are some people who shouldn’t be in college. There are some people who should be at trade school or an apprenticeship. Nothing wrong with that. Most people need a plumber before the need a brain surgeon.

Every graduate from high school is exhorted to go to college. A “college education is the only way to get a good paying job.” We know that is simply not true. The college graduate with the psychology or computer science degree working in retail is a prime example of the fallacy of “college education is the only way to get a good paying job.”

So, what is the problem? The problem is “Anyone can go to college.” Anyone can enter an institution of higher education. Not necessarily a college or university of their choice, but there is some institution somewhere who will accept a student, even if that student barely escaped the bondage of the government mandated public education system. We know the marginal quality and the success of that system. The studies and statistics abound.

The problem with “Anyone can go to college” has lead to education as business or rather Big Education. I’m not even touching on the inappropriate activities of unions involved education or public education’s rabid groping for money. I am saying higher education from the state university to the ivied halls. The access to money is out of hand and has been for decades especially when a four-year degree cost tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, and the fact that that four-year degree may take five years to earn.

Every year institutions increased their tuition rates, and this coincided with government increases in financial aid. Simple, isn’t it? This has been going on for decades. Those days of working one’s way through college end about the end of the Sixties, and now, education is big business.

But the jig is up. The economy is in ruins. The government is still spending though there is no money left, and a degree in general studies or history or education for that matter, just isn’t worth the personal debt. The bubble will burst, and then numerous academics will join the ranks of the unemployed. How many of them well be suit to perform a productive job? Most people need plumbers.

How Things Don’t Change.

Does anyone really thing that any budget deal will be made which will actually control spending and keep the U.S. economy from crashing? Personally, I don’t, because I have no reason to believe that a majority of elected officials in Washington, truly understand the depeth9of the economic problems caused by government. From the spending that the administration has been involved in, and promoted in the last two and a half years, I’m quite certain that there is no understanding from the particular quarter. And congress, that is both houses are obvious to the world outside the beltway.

Where does American go from here? An election is coming. How will it turn out? I can’t say, simply because, no one party will benefit from any legislation which doesn’t deal with the glut of government spending and economic incompetency.

Unemployment will not decrease, and may even increase. All the pocket money Americans use to have has swiftly been used up by an economy harnessed and beaten by the administration’s regulations, and adolescent ideas about energy creation and use.

What has been said, often is, “You get what you vote for.” Is this what a majority of people have voted for? That I don’t know, and I’m also sure that no one in Washington, D. C. wants to speculate since fear is in the poll numbers, and in the loss of power through the loss of money—taxpayer dollars, and nothings changed. The government wants more money and will get it and that is that.

If the United States is now a totalitarian system based on money, can Americans even see that, and if the can, do they care, and if they care, what does that really mean? Is voting in the next election going to illustrate the understanding?

Right now, ‘hope and change’ is just more of the same: shallow power mongering. Again, the waiting and the watching continue. Maybe after 2012 will be different.

Obama, the Left and the ‘Gonkulator’

The United States military is involved in Libya. Why? Well, we know that the White House has not answered that question. It could be that the White House really doesn’t know. Bearing in mind how the White House, meaning the president, is handling foreign policy, incompetency is a reasonable possibly. Bowing, scrapping and apologizing for America for two solid years has accumulated drawbacks in the eyes of the American voter.

Another idea is that it’s a weird, anti-American effort to waste money, military and political capital to remove a dictator by supporting an ‘opposition’ no one, not even the president (since he hasn’t state any reason for this military fiasco), knows anything about, except that Al-Qaeda is involved to some degree or other.

As a side note: a cruise missile, which the president authorized and gave the order to use, cost a million and a half each and in the first weeks over a hundred were used to no effect. This is definitely part of the ‘wasting money without a plan syndrome’ suffered by the administration.

For a military venture or rather debacle, which was only going to last a few days, and then a few weeks and then won’t end, maybe, until September, people get what they asked for, a president who’s decisions have nothing to do with what is good for America.

Now, the economy, the administration is bad for the American economy and for the world economy. The president and his bag of leftwing, academic nuts, are sterile when it comes to thoughts and considerations regarding humanity, particularly American humanity.

To the left, human beings are not humanity but cogs in an economic-politic machine, which is, in reality, and the left doesn’t even know it, a ‘gonkulator’, the gonkulator, appearing in the TV series Hogan’s Heroes , was a sophisticated device, which ‘wowed’ the faux intellectuals but was really just a rabbit trap.

The left and its collection of Marxist derived ideas don’t work. History has showed that. What history has also shown is the left wastes money—lots of it, destroying democratic institutions along the way, and ultimately ending up with gonkulator, a trap, or rather as they like to call it: utopia.

Learning of the death of the al-Quida leader brought jubilation and a relief, and healing too many still deeply affected by 9/11, but putting the elation aside for the moment, while not discounting the Obama Administration’s success, the fact of the matter is: Other than a moral booster, Osama bin Laden’s death may just end up being is meaningless in American politics and in the wider ‘War on Terrorism,’ which if we recall was not a popular phrase with the current administration. The president preferred to refer to the ongoing clash as the "enduring struggle against terrorism and extremism," or "ongoing struggle."

The operation authorized by President Obama makes concrete to everyone, especially those on the left, that the president sees the ‘War on Terrorism’ as real, and not a deception. The death of the al-Qaida leader brings to the front certain points which cannot be ignored by anyone, especially the Obama Administration:

Obama followed Bush policy, by keeping Gitmo open, imprisoning terrorists there, interrogating them, and then using that information, proving Bush was right. The Left is not a fan of Bush or his policies, and digesting the fact that President Obama has by his actions ‘agreed’ with the President Bush.

Next the realities of life in the U.S. continue—reality does not go away—even for the president, and the death of a terrorist leader won’t save American from bad domestic and economic policy. The president is still facing increased domestic prices on food and fuel, which he will be held responsible for. Inflation will hamper his reelection momentum, no matter how much he spends.

When I think of the president, the Golden Age of Hollywood comes to mind when the studio system [insert MSM] groomed, guided and protected their fanciful factious creation through their public and private life.

Here one occasion where I agree with Donald Trump, and that is the government shutdown will be blamed on the president. It’s one thing he’s definitely earned.

Along with the Democrats spending the last two years running up the deficient while not passing a budget, again, what applies to the president applies to the Democrats; the government shutdown is their fault.

The Republicans? Well, in the last two years they haven’t had the authority to spend and spend and spend. Now, as they, or rather a portion of their number try to control and cut needless expenditures and programs like Obamacare which is an economic ruin waiting to happen, I can’t blame the Republicans for anything fiscal unless they give in or do nothing; then they are in trouble.

So, if the American voter is awake and paying attention: The government shutdown is a Republican win; again, if they choke, well, the U.S. economy will suffer.

I’ve been away from the internet for the last five days. A quick look at a few headlines seems to be enough to assure me that Japan will be struggle with radiation problems for sometime—not terminal, but very difficult, while Obama’s Was in Libya is an unconstitutional action which is a hallmark of this president’s administration.

Don’t misunderstand me. I do know a number of presidents have involved the nation, not just themselves in illegal, unconstitutional acts of war, but to date, President Obama has performed this particular badly. Waiting three weeks while Kaddafi opposition forces slowly push there way to Tripoli and then watch they are bombed to a halt and then lose ground, it’s not a way to make friends and influence people, influence them in a positive way.

The Western allies and the American president announce that there should be a ‘no-fly zone,’ but both are slow to act as the ‘rebel’ forces are pulverized. The Arab League announced unanimously their support of a no-fly zone.

March 19th rounded around, the attack began. Yes, attack, not no-fly zone. A no-fly zone keeps the opposition’s airpower out of the air. But bombing ground targets is not an element of a no-fly zone. Of course, if your planes are being shot at by anti-aircraft sites, those sites are game.

All the same Allied forces and the US are bombing targets related to Kaddafi’s ability to ‘harm’ his people, while he goes on fighting and ‘harming’ the opposition forces.

Obama and the Allies (minus the Arab League who are sitting this one out after ‘okaying’ a no-fly zone for someone else to enforce) are showing up for the war. That is, the war is a show. It’s difficult to take the president seriously as he enjoys his continual vacation, and I don’t suspect Colonel and dictator for life Kaddafi will either.

How long with this go on? I suspect as long as the American people keep worrying about it, and Japanese radiation, and not thinking about the static 9% unemployment and increasing gas prices.

But there is another problem, which is easily dismissed and that is the growing possibility that the administration doesn’t not know what it’s doing.

But, again, the money is gone. Presently, the U.S. is now greater than the entire nation’s GDP (Gross National Product). No, nation can function that way. Even a socialist nation can’t. The economic collapse of EU nations proves that. IN Greece, the public is so enthrall to the Left’s addiction it spending that the average Greek, can’t or doesn’t want to accept that reality, and are willing to riot in the streets. They still riot. They rioted yesterday, and it didn’t change anything.

The Left is an addicted peddler of illusion money, even when there is none left, is the answer to life’s problems. Of course, being atheistic materialists does lay for the foundation for the Left’s self-delusion.

Putting that aside, the fact remains that no matter how much money is spent, credit is used, and debt is incurred pursuing a fantasy life, reality still rears up, and the bills must be paid.

Okay, the Obama administration doesn’t have an Egyptian policy. “Give the protesters what they want,” isn’t much of a strategy, even if what is wanted is ‘democracy,’ which would be hard to manage being that, as the administration see it, the Muslim Brotherhood, is a ‘small’ outlawed, supposedly ‘secular’ political group, but as everyone else who’s informed knows, that the group is world-wide and in Egypt alone has the support of millions, so that the chance of a democratic process—not—ending in a Islamic Totalitarian state, would in fact be surprising.

Does the Obama administration know what end results it wants? We don’t know. Three weeks into the demonstrations no clear message was voiced other than—‘they’ the protestors, want democracy, in a nation that never had a democracy.

And an aside here, do you remember how the left, and the Obama administration has not proven itself to be anything other that of the left, but the left has said, especially at the time when Bush was preparing Iraq for true democratic elections, that the there was doubt that the people of the middle East could handle such a thing as democracy. But as Egypt teetered on the edge of ‘something’ the call was strongest from the administration and MSM and those of a like sympathy, the thought the democracy may not be for Egyptians, those who never ‘had it,’ never for once moment came to mind. Today, the course the ship of state in Egypt will navigate is now in the hands of the Egyptian military, and I suspect that will be for something, even though, September elections have been announced.

The impression I was getting was that Mubarak would step resign and appoint his VP as the Egyptian military stepped into ‘stabilize’ the situation. But I was minding the MSM and I’ve concluded they don’t know what their taking about. But Mubarak does:

The three week riot in Egypt continues, while the Obama Administration was very slow to act or say anything, but finally decided to back the ‘Pro-Democracy’ protestors. Part of the group identified as the Muslim Brotherhood, a minor outlawed radical Islamic group on Egypt. So, that group’s very presence is of concern to many, except, strangely enough, the Obama Administration.

I’ll leave the diagnosis of that for others, but what I find interesting is that fact that the president took so long to respond to the situation, and the US should for a number of reasons: Egypt’s location in Northern Africa and in relationship to the Middle East. The time and money invested in the country and its military. The risks if that nation mutates into a radical Islamic theocracy.

American has a steak there, and the administration isn’t playing its diplomatic cards well and that poor handling of a foreign event is happening in public. The administration’s policy is for Mubarak’s government’s to bend, but the crisis is such that that government is break.

The Kind of Saudi Arabia has now through in his ‘two cents’ worth 1.5 billion a year, stating if the US refuses to back up Mubarak, he will. Remember, Obama bowed to this king, so apparently, the king took the president at his ‘bow,’ and is the better man.

The crisis if not over, and someone else has taken a seat at the table.

Being against the Tax Extension

After listening to the MSM, the Democrats and the president, and some considering, I am against the tax extension/bill/stimulus giveaways as it stands and I hope that the Democrats vote it down.

Why?

First, the Democrats don’t like it, because it gives—what they say—a ‘tax cut’ to the rich, which is in itself silly because it isn’t a ‘tax cut,’ the extension is an extension of a tax cut and lower rates that already exist. The whole argument again, is silly, but we’re dealing with Democrats. And anything which gets Democrats fighting among themselves and pits them against the president is a good thing. Let’s fight.

Second, the president wants it, and if the president is for it, I’m against it and here’s why:

It stinks. That’s why.

I don’t like it and one of the dirty parts is that millions and millions of ‘stimulus’ dollars and useless tax credits attached to this, which the president supports and did not work the first time the money was spent and spent and spent two years again.

Again, and in short, what the president wants won’t stimulate the economy and it’s a waste of tax payer dollars.

Also, a two year tax extension and some tax credits support by the Republicans isn’t good enough. For one solid reason, the tax extension will only last for two more years, just in time for the president to propose a tax increase. And two, more and larger tax cuts are needed and must be made permanent.

The tax payers having more of their too spend is the only way to grow the economy—and business create jobs. Government creates debt. This is an economic fact. No politics or cheap slogans can change this.

Good will come from this. The tax extension must die which is better for America for two reasons. The Democrats will continue to look as bad and they are, and it shows that the president has no influence on his own party, which goes as a negative for his own reelection bid.

In the coming year the Republicans will have a better chance of passing a batter tax proposal, so we can wait and things will get better. Or these Republicans will be replaced.

You can read about them in an infinite number of sites, there are interviews, speculations, criticisms defenses, attacks, and threat from the premier Wiki Leaker himself, Assuage. He’s going to release the ‘Big One’ if he’s arrested, prosecuted, and so forth. How noble on his part, but I suspect that even if he wasn’t facing arrest, he’d be releasing the documents anyway. I have no reason to think otherwise.

In the last ‘bump’ as many different individuals sift through the electronic stack of stuff, and then a announced how dangerous the release of secrets will be to the US, which they probably are, but all the same—what is the American public suppose to do?

“Vote them out?”

Really, what can average Americans do? Just sweat it out? The fact of the matter is that’s all folks.

Now, what else is going to go on? Well, this is a great way to clamped down on the internet. The freedom internet highway days will probably be over and sooner than we think. It’s going to be ‘pay to play.’ You’ll be able to get the internet, receiving it via some heavily regulated company, pay dearly for it, and taxed heavily. Unless you are on Welfare or some government support, because the internet will be demand a necessity, just like TV. Can’t live without that!

I’m pessimistic, you say.

Look at it this way. The Federal Government, still dominated by Democrats, and a president who behaves like an autocrat is already planning to put a strangle hold on the internet through FCC regulation anyway. The Wikileaks simply offers a ‘crisis’ to take advantage of. Some even suspect that the Wikileaks crisis is manufactured, that is planned.

Okay, but a foreign entity getting its hands some so much information to just ‘dump,’ should at least seem peculiar, don’t you think? Keep in mind that distraught 22-year-old Army Pfc and his portable memory.

But as I mentioned, the government or rather many governments will soon step into ‘fix’ and ‘make sure’ that the disseminations of information dangerous and embarrassing, will never see the light of day again, or the public eye, but tearing internet freedom from the hands of honest, concerned, freedom mind citizens.

AS the Republicans state that their target is Obamacare, which is one of the two solid reasons they were as successful this past Tuesday as they were. The other being the retched state of the economy which now rest firmly on the back of the Democrat party—the president included.

Now, the MSM and the Democrats may favor calling Obamacare and overhaul, but the reality, since they never read the bill before passing it, Obamacare is actually something most Democrats favor, that is, Obamacare is an abortion, the destruction of something beautiful, which once use to be called the U.S. health care system. Don’t misunderstanding me. Like the human being the system was flawed, no human is perfect, but American health care system was destroyed by the stupid act of an ignorant political class, believing, not thinking, that somehow, they knew what they were doing.

Again, don’t misunderstand me. The Republicans are now being watched closely by an electoral who recently, and with forethought, destroyed the Democrat House majority, an annihilation they truly deserved. But the Republicans must understand that they face the same possible end.

Recently, Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C. who become known as a leader of tea party-style candidates, said GOP was responsible for the loss of Delaware for not supporting, and then maligning O’Donnell, I must agree that GOP is responsible for that and for the losses from the two previous elections. The Republicans suffered from the same, yet milder case of “spend, spend, and spend.”

The Republicans, not that must more liked than the Democrats, have been given a new lease on political life, but also have the benefit of being injected with a number of tea party candidate winds, which I suspect, if they stay true to themselves, will be a salvation of the GOP party, a party which I also think will chance for the better as more of the tea party influence enters and renews the political hierarchy.

While the Democrat party of old was just destroyed, the Republican Party must renew or face the same fate.

It’s a start. And there’s more, and not hard to find either.

The resent economic report on growth doesn’t help the Democrats or the president either. At 2% for this quarter, which was supposed to be the ‘Summer of Growth!’ the economy is still in the dumpers. Former Eastern Block nations have a higher rate of growth.

So much ‘hope and change’ followed up by so much dissatisfaction, unemployment, and poor economic growth and overbearing government.

November 2nd is coming. Nothing is going to change that.

When it comes to the president and the hard times the nation is suffering, it’s always someone else’s fault. First, it was George Bush, then the republicans in general, and then Rush Limbaugh became a target, and so on down the line.

This November is the Democrat Waterloo, and the president has some one to blame instead of his bad policy, poor statesmanship, and the whole of the Democrat party. It’s the average American:

Placing the blame on Americans is not a winning idea, because the evidence of national collapse is right before their very eyes, and the president’s spoke words can’t veil the eyes of the American voter. But blaming the voter only makes their eyes open wider.

Mr. President, the long night of your administration and the Democrat party is coming, and so will the blame.

The race in Nevada is a toss up and Harry Reid just may end up out the door if not seated in the back row of the Senate somewhere.

The electoral sweep in the House will put the Republicans in control of the purse strings beginning in January when the new congress is sworn in. Of course the damage that will be done by the ‘lame duck’ congress will be reprehensible and will take decades to repair, because and remember this, the Democrats don’t care about the nation—they can’t considering the massive spending and the astronomical unemployment which Democrat policy has driven up and maintained at such high levels.

The battle on November 2nd is preordained to be a GOP victory, which was handed to the Republicans by the Democrats sometime ago, when the majority of citizenry realized that the Democrats don’t care what the people have to say. The Democrats passed laws without having read the bills (not read, not read, not read, and it’s easy to find more) and also the lied about the devastating impact of Obamacare on the health system, (devastation, devastation, devastation, again there’s more), exploded the national debt (debt, debt, and more), and to top it all off, Obama, Biden And Other Dems Now Blame Voters For Their Mid Term Woes.

Congress is now headed out of town to campaign! Someone should tell them it’s too late, but watching them waste contributors’ money looks like it will be a fall pastime. While off on the campaign trail, again, the president encountered someone successful and experienced, a businessman who knows business, and knows that the president and democrats will kill more jobs with their killing of the Bush tax cuts.

"One of the things that concerns me is the repeal of the Bush tax cuts," said David Greenspon, referring to Democratic plans to raise taxes on individuals earning more than $200,000 a year and on families and certain businesses earning more than $250,000.

"The repeal -- I don't care if it is 5 percent -- that's 5 percent that would create a job," he told Obama during a meeting with about 70 people in a couple's back yard in Des Moines. "Five percent on millions of dollars of profit creates many jobs . . . As the government gets more and more involved in business and more and more involved in taxes, what you're finding is you're strangling those job-creation vehicles."

Before Greenspon could complete his question, his microphone was cut off and taken out of his hand.

This is another example of how the experience matters. But no one listens.

China and Japan nose to nose

The Beijing and Tokyo are a nose to nose as of late because of an at sea collision between a Chinese fishing boat, a trawler, and not one, but two Japanese Coast guard vessels:

A JCG patrol vessel came across a Chinese fishing boat in Japanese-claimed
territorial waters on the morning of Sept. 7.

After being warned to leave the area, the boat and JCG patrol ship Yonakuni collided. No details have yet been released as to who or what caused the collision. The Yonakuni then ordered the trawler to stop for inspection, which the Chinese captain refused, according to a JCG representative.

Later that morning, another JCG patrol ship, the Mizuki, was chasing the fishing boat to conduct an onboard inspection near Kuba Island when another collision occurred.

This situation is interesting and many suspect that China wants to back a big publicity stunt out of it, because at this time the Chinese captain is still in Japanese custody.

But I think there’s more to this than a stunt and a detained captain; I say there’s oil under those waters:

In 1969, a report by the UN Economic Commission for Asia and the Far East (ECAFE) indicated the possibility of large reserves of oil in the vicinity of the Diaoyutai Archipelago. This report set off a political dispute between Taiwan, China and Japan which has been going on now for over thirty years.

China and Japan both claim the islands sitting right over the time of all that ‘black gold’:

Energy and power is involved and the Japanese don’t have to listen to the US, and the Chinese, I think, won’t be able to bully this particular Island neighbor. This clash won’t just go away.

One way or other the United States of America will change. Right now, the nation electoral, publically is on the cusp. The American voter faces the coming November elections will the knowledge that something will happen. There will be a fundamental electoral statement made.

The 2008 election when President Obama was presented with the office of president, many people thought that was ‘it.’ A change—a real change had occurred, but now, after twenty months the people, the voters learned that that was not so. The president, who received a majority vote and the trust of the American people has neither. Being that if he were facing election to day… he’d lose. His popularity is in the forties and his bank account of ‘trust’ is gone.

Yes, one wary or anther, there will be a change. The Democrats know that. They are in trouble, and many articles, comment, panic attacks, hate-filled screed are readily available to see that the Democrats are in deep trouble. Not that the old establishment Republicans haven’t been kicked around. Five of their, the old guards chooses, have gone down in flames to the Tea Party Movement [TPM] movement which will not be going away—period.

So, November change has come early for the Republicans and the Democrats can watch and hope that this shellacking that the Republicans is getting somehow bodes well for them, but no. The TPM is via the primary system, placing in to the forefront the candidates which best represents the American they, the TPM, the movement is from, thinks about, and believes American should continue to be.

This election year is exciting, and filled with tense times. Both parties should be wary, because the voter is coming, and there’s going to be an accounting.

Fearing November

The mid-terms are coming. And for the Republicans, buy ‘de fault’ of the Democrat party—all of them bottom to top. This election cycle doesn’t look so good.

Anyone surprised?

No, a bad end is not guaranteed but what can—could turn this thing around? Well, a war is out. The president is already having problems with the Afghan War he said was ‘a strong supporter’ of, and this was way back in 2007 when he was presidential candidate Obama. Back in march, CNN report that the president still thought the war was 'absolutely essential.' That was when General Stanley McChrystal, the commander of allied troops in Afghanistan, and that particular general isn’t anymore.

You all recall Bill Clinton’s lament of successful presidencies and wars? The close as Clinton got to a war was air bombardment in Kosovo. Enough said there.

But at this time, the Obama administration probably could not handle the, at minimum, the dynamics of another conflict, or a serious terrorist attack. The economy is weak, nearing comatose, with no signs of regaining consciousness and improving except in the addlepated and delusional minds of the president’s faithful and the Old Media, because recent polls, thought only measurements of moments of time, yes, but important moments all the same, all the say, the political life doesn’t look kindly on the president’s credulity, nor the Democrat congress.

Recent missteps regarding the president’s ‘non-supporting support’ of what is called the Ground Zero Mosque did not go over well, and are still reverberating. So much so, that on August 24, the Administration said nothing more will be said on the subject, which of course, doesn’t make the ‘subject’ go away:

The president was roundly accused of modifying his remarks at the Aug. 13 dinner in which he said he believes "Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country."

"That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances," he said. "This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable."

But the next day, the president expanded on his remarks, saying his comments were only directed at the constitutional question, not the decision to put the mosque in a location that has many aggrieved New Yorkers and others saying it is an insult to the memory of those killed on Sept. 11, 2001, in the worst attack ever on U.S. soil.

While the president preformed is two-step around his misspoken, misplaced comments regarding a mosque—any mosque for that matter, in Lower Manhattan, the entire episode sits right in his lap, and is so heavy he can’t and won’t be able to get out of the chair he’s seated himself in. And being president, he must have more then one buttock and my guess he’s filling up a lot of chairs, and these chairs are the ones on the deck of the Titanic. One of these chairs is right next to the “I was a strong supporter of the war in Afghanistan” chair

GOP is gaining ground, while not necessarily taking the advantage according to polls from the likes of CNN. I say gaining because the voters are not happy with the Democrats while the only choice is the Republicans and my guess is that Tea-party supported candidates are the ones providing the rubber for the tires now hitting the road. The Tea-party Republicans are not looked by the establishment Republicans, but than again, the establishment republicans have shown how bad their judgment has been over the last four years.

Reliable polls are out there and the Democrats are facing an earthquake sized tsunami, and if that is the case, nothing came stop it—not another war, not another terrorist attack, but maybe an act of God, but it’s that most democrats are only worshipers of the American tax dollars.

What we have now is “Obama calling more spending…”

We’ve reach the point where the president calling for more spending is the same as Nero watching Rome burn…Nero blamed someone else too….

“Environmental Doom or the Human Race is Bad to Have Around” should have been the title of James J. Lee’s manifesto. By now, many should be familiar with the case of the militant environmentalist and hostage-taker, James J. Lee. He is now dead, killed by police because Lee himself was a threat to the life and environment of others.

Lee disparaged the human race. He must have been since he saw the human baby as a parasite, and I suspect, anyone who disagreed with him was no doubt a parasite as well. He was a militant and that is the way a militant thinks is, if you’re not for me, you’re against.

Again, Lee is dead. God rest his soul. I do suspect that he did not see the soul in the same sense that I, as a Christian, define the soul. By his very act shows me otherwise. All the same, his ‘torment’ was stopped by a policeman’s bullet as he threatened the lives of other.

It is easy to say Lee was mentally unbalanced. The fact is no one knows what his mental state was. No one can answer that now.

Also, what people don’t know is that militant environmentalists are more common then they think. They are everywhere. In America and around the world, setting fire to car leadership, and sky resorts, or raiding research facilities, destroying years of research and cause millions of dollars in damage, and maybe, one day, releasing very contagious animals into the wider world, they say they care so much about.

Yes, environmentalism has its fanatics, the true believers, who will do things others call crimes, but the militant does not respect the law. The law is in the way of their great truth, which is the ‘sanctity’ of the environment and whatever they believe is encompassed by that word. Human law, justice, property and life does not appear to be part of their creed...More …

In search of happiness

Happiness can be a fleeting thing, and constantly searched for and searched for in the wrong places. So, can everyone be made happy?

The answer has to be ‘No.’ A resounding, ‘No,’ for that matter. People who say they can are probably people you don’t want to have anything to do with. And if you let them try, you’re asking for trouble, more often then not. That would be commonsense, but we’ve run into a short supply of that, especially when people look to other people, other groups to ‘make them happy.’

We’ve run into a problem in the world, and most definitely, the Western world, and that has to do with the fact that some groups say they can be every thing for everybody, it just depends on what you want to ‘give up.’ Making people happy is part of a barter system.

Giving things up, isn’t just meant for dieting we’re to understand, because groups are just relegated to personal aesthetics here, though the way we are to see ourselves is a problem all its own, considering the constant barrage that comes from films, internet and TV of how we should look, and TV more so, because 90% of the country has at least one or two, and more for some. The number of televisions is not the problem. It’s the watching.

The one cure is turning the TV off, not that we haven’t heard this before.

But still it’s so simple, you can just push the button never see the TV program ever again, and be no worse for wear. Yes, TV, the 24/7 beaming of imagery, is powerful and selective, but who has the control—who wants to be happy, but it’s difficult. Those who ‘produce’ television have a good and scientific idea of who watches and when they watch, and when it comes to kids that many parents function in absentia.

This concern regarding the ‘entertainment media’ portion of TV can be traced back to the Golden Age of radio. Game shows, Westerns, detective programs, gossip formats, music and more, it was all there and the complaints were there, and the same concerns, and threats from parents where there, ‘Behave or no radio’. Complaints of the negative influences were there. Actually, complaints about entertainment can be taken back to the pre-radio days. Books for pure entertainment were looked down on.

So, we know that entertainment television can’t make everyone happy. What do you give up to watch TV? Time. The more you watch the more time is gone, and time is the most valuable investment anyone has. Maybe just for the sake of time, people should just turn away from the machine. Get a hobby. It’s amazing how many people don’t have hobbies.

What else do we know about TV? Besides the ‘entertainment’ produced, which doesn’t make everyone happy. We know the news, or what many would say is passed off as news. Because what has to be understood is ‘news’ is its own entertainment format and discussion and we all know, that the news media doesn’t make everyone happy either. We all recognize the fact that car crashes, plagues, floods, natural disasters and human conflict be it a war or the vandalism of someone else’s property, is not entertainment and anyone who revels in the misery of others is, well, questionable for any number of moral, ethical, and political reasons.

But news makes people unhappy—considering the imagery would anyone be surprised? But, again, along with the imagery are the words issued from the mouths of everyone who’s image is flashed across the screen.

How many times have we been faced with words uttered as if they were fact, and then they become lost in the continual flow of images and more words? But ‘news’ as it is called has always been suspect:

So, the speed of light and of words and seemly short memory, other manipulation of memory, or re-writing, some would say, of the news by the producers appears to facilitate the appearance of what can be call a fallacy of fact, and fallacy of fact seems to have a longer life than fact, and happiness is one of the casualties.

But everyone wants to be happy? Well, I can’t say that TV is a route to that particular destination, and I will go so far as to say any group, which does use TV as a platform for rallying for the happiness of others, should be studied, if not with total suspicion, with a wary eye. Preferably, both eyes.

Groups could be any kind, secular and non-secular, and most assuredly political. And the list can go on. A special attention percolates from the television especially on the subject of religion, specifically Christianity. The news media is always seeking some way to showcase that particular faith. Usually in a bad negative light, being that if ‘it bleeds it leads’ mentality, but bearing in mind how the ‘news’ was dealt with in the previous paragraphs, we’ll leave the news media out.

We’re dealing with happiness here, and religions can provide route through life, which can be lined with gifts of happiness. Of course, this does have something to do with a belief in something beyond the material world. God comes to mind. And there is a variety of religions in the world. Much good—and happiness can be found in religion, in particular religions. Of course, atheists, militant ones in particular, have issues with organized religion, particularly Christianity, interestingly enough, while there are religions, such as Christianity, which have no issues with atheists at all. An interesting conundrum there.

So, when it comes to religion, and a religious group says we know the way to happiness, and then offers the way and their leadership, one needs to be watchful, using ‘both eyes’ as previously mentioned.

We should be familiar with the fact that organizations, private, and political—most political, do this all the time, and we have seen this in the most materialistic and secular of ways. Frequently, we are asked to vote for ‘happiness,’ something which will be at some later date ‘done for us’ or ‘provided as a service.’ And we know the human species is a gullible lot, because so many believers believe that this kind of ‘happiness’ is free.

Begetting the End of the World

Many people are ‘concerned’, about the end of the world or, at least, fascinated by the idea. Books, movies, and television programs flood popular culture on a regular basis. Think 2012, the Mayan calendar film, which was a science fiction film, where the Mayans were so much smarter that we are now, and so much smarter than the Europeans, now and those far in the past. Because, as a side note, ancient man starting with the Sixties was always considered stupid, and required space aliens to do everything for them. Of course now, that has changed some. Ancient man wasn’t stupid. Especially, when modern man, grudgingly, figured out that, modern man, which includes women here, has overrated himself—a lot.

Murderous secular ideologies, like Marxism, have succeed to slaughter more people than religions have, and have done it far more efficiently, but has yet to destroy the world, but the secular world has come closer to perpetrating total destruction than God has. I’m not even going to mention nuclear weapons or biological or chemical devices, I’ll just say, Malaria, which has killed millions in Africa, but can be stopped by a simple and useful chemical called DDT. J. Gordon Edwards, Ph.D. and advocate for the use of DDT—would eat DDT to show how safe it was, and he died at age 84 while mountain climbing. The DDT ban is a fraud; so is the radical environmental movement, being that most environmental movements are radical leftist/Marxist/progressive charlatans, and apparently, want to enforce the ban on DDT, and could be considered partners in mass murder.

Murder?

I always keep in mind Stalin, one of the great leftist totalitarians, by his order manufactured a famine in the Ukraine which killed millions. So, yes, murder.

Now, back to popular culture’s fascination with the ‘End of the World.’

People are like that. In the secular West, many have ‘kicked out’ God, and replaced Him with all sorts of theories, beliefs and hates—especially, hate. Hating the Christian faith is very popular. Why? I think it all has to do with sex, really.

Sex and sexuality dominate the media and of course, the minds of people. And of course, we want fun of all kinds without consequences. The birth control industry is a billion dollar business which the Democrats never seem to find fault with, and add to that abortion, which we can easily call Big Abortion. There’s a lot of money in abortion and a good portion of it comes from the pockets of the American taxpayer. Again, it’s all about sex.

But getting back to hate. Hating is easy. Hating takes no work. People hate all the time everyday and not necessarily like it, but hating is easy. It’s also easy to hate a faith which says, you shouldn’t do that, whatever the action maybe, because every action has consequences, and that is why there are billions of dollars dumped into prophylactic ads and a multitude of other ads, so ‘you can do ‘it’ and not have to worry. Which of course, we all know innately is a lie, or there wouldn’t be Big Abortion.

Think about it now, we are fascinated with the end of the world, death coming in many forms. The secular world is actually facilitating own end, or own Armageddon. No Mayan apocalypse is needed. We will just stop begetting. Stop begetting and the end will come soon enough.

Democrat Bucket Brigade of Greed and Jealousy

The Democrat bucket brigade has run out of the liquid dollar and now trying to put out a raging fiscal disaster with air. Yes, they were called back to Washington to pass another spending bill for cash which just does not exist.

Spending money you don’t have is bad. It creates debt…, and debt is bad.

What about this don’t Democrats, especially, the president, don’t understand? It’s simply economics and it also angers people, voters, who you need to vote for you.

But, this is what the people voted for. I can’t forget that. “Hope and Change” was the mantra, which easily transmuted into “Spend and Debt.”

But remember, George Bush was a horrible man.

Why?

Well, I do recall the he allowed the late Ted Kennedy wrote the most expensive i.e. costly education bill in American history, and the Left didn’t love George for that. Even though he was a big spender when he signed it, but no matter, George was and still is horrible. Just name something, even if the Democrats did agree with him at the time.

Right now, though, the Democrats and the President are in trouble for spending, and spending, and spending. Sadly, only now, have Americans begun to understand the economic mess which is growing by leap and spending bounds.

The massive authoritarian structure which is being built up in the Federal structure—if it can be taken down will require decades of serious and dedicated effort. But politicians being politicians are weak.

How did this all happen? Greed and jealousy, of the common voter: “What you have I want, even if I propose to steal it through legal means, but if I can’t have it I want it taken from you.” Whoever the ‘you’ is. Be it big business or anyone’s business. Or the neighbor with the nicer house. Or the color of someone’s skin for redress of historical wrongs they had nothing to do with.

Greed and jealousy. And there is always someone, a politician will to say, “Vote for me. I’ll satisfy your every selfish thought.

The Democrats are now trying to put out a fire—the selfish, unquenchable fire of insatiable voters, while trying to hold on to power, to fulfill their own greedy and jealous desires.

Some fires can’t be extinguished. And some fires destroy everything.

Yes, America can

The U.S. can’t continue to drive the global economy is what the President Barack Obama and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said, more or less. Or rather, as many Americans probably think, knowing the history of these two men, and that is, they don’t want the U.S. to be the engine, which seems more accurate. Their statement appears to be part of the reshaping of the US economy, and the retardation of that economic growth as well. I say this because, in general, that is what government does, when run by the Left. And I am not a fan of big business, but of small business, owned and worked by individuals who, by the very nature of being local, know better about how business works and how to work with customers.

Considering the source of the comment, it is not surprising, nor should it surprise anyone. What should also be kept in mind is, being that one of the men is the administration, and the other is part of the administration, is that these two men turn on the tap at the sink in the morning, but they don’t even know where the water comes from. These men, and people like them, don’t think there is a need for them to know. That is a problem, a very serious one.

Keep in mind that this administration is peopled with individuals educated at the highest levels of education, that Ivy League altitude. Also, keep in mind that the higher one goes in the atmosphere, the less oxygen there is, so I can be pretty sure that they don’t know how to do anything. I’m speaking of the basics of daily life, the things, which the middle class does like, mow lawns and replace broken mower blades. Basic things.

Granted, in urban areas, lawns are at a premium, so I’ll substitute any other task, which makes the household function, and can be done by the common man or woman with ease, and there is nothing wrong with being common. Being common is being common as dirt and without dirt where would the species be?

When the political class distances themselves from the people to the point where they then instruct those same people about putting air into their tires to save on gasoline, well, those political creatures, and that is what they are, creatures, illustrate that they have lost, or maybe never had, that common experience which connections them to the common people.

These two men, President Obama and Treasury Secretary Geithner, like many, or all of those present in the administration, have never built anything in their lives. They are not creators, they only make restrictions, and play with and lose other peoples’ money. Trillions of dollars for that matter.

What can we think when we are governed by people who look out over the land to see something they need to change, for whatever perverse reason that maybe? And their reason must be perverse, because out in that land, where half the country lives and are rather happy. Those ‘out there,’ the common folk, mow their lawns, replace the blades, and look at political creatures who are paid well and make decisions the common folk didn’t give permission to be made.

American will not be able to drive the world economy, Obama and Geithner said, but there is an irony in that statement, and that is, Americans never planned to be the engine, which drove the world economy. It just happened that way.

I suppose that is the problem with the Ivy League educated: They never really think about anything either. If they did, they would’ve realized that Americans of the past never made the decision to power world economic growth.

What is disturbing is that it takes a conscience effort by political creatures, now mutated in political monsters, to hobble the American economy. They have perverse ideas of social justice, and will pursue the goal of installing a socialist scheme, which will invariably impoverish the common American.

Had the common folk had the time to consider what the political monsters were up to, they would rather not be involved, and they don’t, if the polls have anything to say about it.

The only thing to consider is, is this hobbling going to be permanent? Is the heel of that great thoroughbred known as the American economy going to be nicked by an unscrupulous stable boy, so a gangster can fix a race? Or is someone like Lady Liberty going to show up just in time to pop the deceitful stable boy on the brain box with a riding crop, thwart the gangster’s insidious plot and send them both packing?

We’ve been told that America won’t be the engine, which drives the global economy. Says, who? One executively inexperienced president and a first-time administration seat warmer. But I suspect the common folk will put their trust in the founding fathers who were accomplished men.

America in many, many ways, even considering all her faults, is very heroic. Heroes are Heroes by accident. The American economy, when finally left to honest people, will be nurtured, and again become strong, vibrant and flourishing. God willing.

Empty ‘agnostic’ rhetoric

Because of Barak Obama and Nancy Pelosi, the word ‘agnostic’ has now entered the national political discourse, and I’m sure I don’t like what I think they’re saying.

Back in February of this year, the president in response tax increases for those with household incomes of less $250,000, he said:

… he is “agnostic” about raising taxes on households making less than $250,000
as part of a broad effort to rein in the budget deficit.

Other than scratching their heads did anyone, anywhere in the Media, even try to divine what he meant? How is anyone ‘agnostic’ about a subject like taxes?

Now, Pelosi, off another of her religious benders, this one on energy and the environment, said “She was “agnostic,” she said, about how to go about reducing dependence on foreign oil and fossil fuel use, but was intent on achieving those ends.”

Again, the use of the word ‘agnostic’ and the context is odd, if not plain weird.

But what do they really mean?

In the 1800’s, a fellow by the name of Thomas H. Huxley, an English biologist, is credited with coining and defining ‘agnosticism’ which:

… is not a creed but a method, the essence of which lies in the vigorous
application of a single principle... Positively the principle may be expressed
as in matters of intellect, do not pretend conclusions are certain that are not
demonstrated or demonstrable.

If you read what Huxley wrote and apply it to what Obama and Pelosi said, well, you can see how we’re in big trouble, mainly because we’re dealing with the Democrat Left. Their actions, having to do with anything, from social welfare to national defense, never work out. All that matters is the ‘act.’ Think of LBJ’s Great Society and nothing more should have to be stated.

If Democrats, or anyone, actually considered any action from an ‘agnostic’ point, Obamacare never would’ve passed. Why? Because the intended result is not ‘demonstrable.’

So, the next time you hear Obama or Pelosi or anyone from the Left using the word ‘agnostic,’ you know they really don’t mean it.

Alvin Greene’s $10,000 dollars

The Alvin Greene hoopla received much press and electronic feed. For those who care and those aware of what does go on in a congressional primary in North Carolina, well Alvin won, and thought the democrat party complained and contested, a judge said Alvin, the unlikely, won a legitimate context to become the democrat candidate for the general election. Alvin had no party backing, though he did run as a democrat, also he had no campaign committee taking care of the money aspect. He had no website and no public appearances.

The big deal made by the Democrat party is where did this guy get the money? That $10,000 dollars register fee.

My big question is why does Alvin or anyone else need to come up with $10,000 dollars to register to begin with?

Is it to keep out nuts and undesirables? As far as the Democrats in North Carolina are concerned it didn’t work.

But what’s truly distressing, is the need to purchase access, or rather register, which keeps the average American citizen, with no political machine, out of the running.

Democrat Congressman assaults Student

Caught on video, and just recently, Democrat Congressman Bod Etheridge aggressively handles a young college student after being asked an honest question. In other circumstances, if the offender wasn’t a congressman, the police would’ve been called and charges filed, I suspect. If my assertion is incorrect just let me know.

Getting back to the congressman, I do find it interesting that he touched the student at all and at the same time spoke the way he did, simply because Etheridge behaved as if he was, well, guilty of something. I’m just considering the behavior; Democrat Congressman Bod Etheridge may be as honest as the day is long . . . by showing who he is by his own performance. You see honesty can be used as a mask, but once that mask slips it just can’t be put back into place.

Are the founding documents of the United States that revolutionary? I say, “Yes,” because what these documents state is fact, which it is the individual is before the state, and not the other way around.

Second, I add the Marxists, socialists, and communists, in all their stripes and symbols: swastikas, hammer and sickles, clenched fists and Nazi salutes, are the known purveyors and promoters of the prison state. And the founding documents are the siege machines which through down imprisoning walls or attempts to build them.

When a publishing company placing a warning label on the Constitution, that says something about the company and about how this business doesn’t business, while taking advantage of a free market system, which the Constitution most wholly possible.

We live in strange—and wonderful times, when documents stating freedoms at that all mankind have—by God and nature, are considered in some way dangerous, I know which side I want to be on.

True revolution is born in the heart of the individual and, by its very nature; the individual is in totally opposition to statist government. Statist government encompassing any government bureaucracy, which demeans it necessary to dictate arbitrary rules of conduct that are in direct conflict with the moral, ethical and natural world which all truly free people live.

The founding documents should have a warning label stating that violating the life, liberty and pursuit of the individual are done at peril and at a price.

I spent my Memorial Holiday away from the computer and the internet, and after watching twenty minutes of news last night and logging in today, I’ve learned that not a great deal has changed, but a few critical events did, one being the continuing flow of oil out of the BP borehole, which, for every gallon issuing from the ocean floor is really a gallon of political blood being spilled from the Obama Whitehouse, and that blood will continue to flow until August. The administration’s assault on BP—with the possibility of investigations—civil or criminal—can’t hide that same administration’s incompetence when it comes to the total mishandling of the accident beginning with day one.

When a presidential candidate gives the impression he can ‘fix all things’ and then can’t when put in to a position of authority, deserves everything coming to him.

The second is an Israel acting in its own defense by boarding blockade runners heading for Gaze, people with Hamas minders and carrying an unknown cargo. These ‘activists’ insert terrorists if you care to, are going to try it again. I don’t see Israel going easier on them. Do you?

I must mention North Korea, because South Korea wants to increase penalties against its northern neighbor. What penalties can they be? What is left in the north to take away?

We’re just waiting for the next shot.

North Korea and the War that won’t go away

What is being taught in school, at times, is anybody’s guess. But when it comes to the Korean peninsula most Americans probably don’t know that the U.S. is still at war with that totalitarian nation. The ceasefire signed on July 27, 1953, in was just that a ceasefire. Looming is the reality that war could erupt at any time, and it looks more likely then ever.

On March 26 sank the South Korean gunboat, Cheonan in the Yellow Sea sank off the west coast of the Korean Peninsula. An international team of investigators conclude a North Korean submarine fired the torpedo which makes this incident one of South Korea's worst military disaster since the Korean War, 1950-53.

The sinking of the Cheonan is an act of war which the North Korean government denies, and then goes so far as to state that any act of retaliation on the part of South Korea is an act of war. I posted on this previously, and I will go so far as to . . . ruminate over and state that anything South Korea does will be seen as a provocation—even the cutting of trade.

A starving, totalitarian nation with stability issues and an inferiority complex can only grow more restive as another life line is cut, but I will go back to my original assertion that the North Korean government is only seek an excuse. I want to be wrong, but totalitarian governments, who’ve toyed with nuclear weapons, and can only oppress and repress, has to its south, the beautiful, prosperous sister, which is a target of a hateful jealousy.

Now, the real questions are, Does China have any influence in this matter? Does China want a war next door? Does China know this won’t get out of hand?

Will anyone ask publically? All we know is the President of United States is telling U.S. forces along the DMZ and those at sea to be prepared.

All I can say is, “they have been, for fifty-seven years. The troops are always ready, question is, “Is the president?”

The president and the president of Mexico are unhappy with the little ‘ol state of Arizona. The irony here is that Arizona is a state run better than most of the nations in the world. It has an international border, and therefore, international problems it is trying to deal with when the Federal Government, the Democrats and republican, and the president are in absent. The Mexican president doesn’t have an answer either, just ire.

Mexico has problems, and I am not be derisive. That nation south of the border is on the edge of disaster and, I for one, don’t want to see it go down the road of total dissolution, and that can happen. Along with its ethic problems, the indigenous population is poor and unhappy; the drug traffickers are organized and dangerous. We know this for a fact. Marxist elements in Mexico would have no problem with massive social disorder.

If President Felipe Calderon wants help he’d be better off going to the Governor of Arizona, she is proactive, while President Obama is an indecisive rabble rouse—argue with me if you wish—and will off no help, because, in the U.S., there is a demarcation between the states and the federal government. If the President of the United States does not understand that, maybe President Calderon should and say, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, “Let’s talk.” That’s simply common sense.

North Korea says War

Is it possible, maybe, that North Korea wants a war, a limited one, but one in which it can say, “You started it!” One of the advantages of being a totalitarian country is lying. Everyone knows you’re lying, but no one say, “You’re lying,’ because it doesn’t mean anything. The totalitarian just says, “You’re lying,” then the oppressor gets what he wants anyway. Also, there are a number of dictatorships and authoritarian cesspools around the world, which would lie in NK defense.

So, North Korea may want a war, fight the war, and then when the last shot is fired and the last call for a human peace is made by North Korea, which the UN and every other panderer with second, and third, North Korea will then demand that South Korea cough up the goodies like land, cash, coastal rights, even occupation.

Not possible? [I shrug] Is it impossible?

Now, where would President Obama stand after the dust settled? That’s a question. But where would be stand when the first (NKorea warns of war if punished for ship sinking) or rather second shot is fired.

Did Scott Brown, new senator of Massachusetts get lucky? In a way, yes. His opponent was who she was. A typical Left elitist and the time was right. And voters have short memories, and Americans, when it comes to politics, are definitely team oriented. Democrats are loyal to the point of self-destruction.

Generally, we all know that if it’s got a ‘D’ a democrat will vote for it. Now, considering the case of Democrat Mark Critz who ran for and won the Murtha seat…which should’ve been called the people’s, well, Critz ran as a conservative, anti-abortion, pro-gun, and ‘said’ he would’ve voted against Obamacare.

So, he ‘said’ a lot of things, but he’s a Democrat. I cringe when I think it, but generally, elected Democrats tend to lie—a lot, and those voters in PA will learn very soon, which way the mop flops, and they probably won’t find out before November, so the Republican candidate’s got a lot of work before those levers are pulled, and all that work maybe for not.

Consider this also; you can kick a dog all you want as long as you pat it on the head once in awhile. That’s part of the Democrat party methodology.

The president was born. That’s normal. All people are unless you want to be medically technically by saying, “Caesarian section isn’t?” Fine, but Caesarian section isn’t relevant to this particular issue.

Now, the birth certificate issue has become an issue for the Left and Right. The Left because they don’t want to hear about it anymore, and they try and do that by saying those who are interested in just a little piece of paper are just ridiculous, petty, or even crazy. We’ll stick with the word ‘crazy.’ These ‘Birthers’ are ‘crazy.’ Okay, fine, but the Left calling people names about annoying or uncomfortable subjects is normal. It is what they do: Call names.

On the Right, there are those who want the birth certificate subject to go away, because they don’t like being lumped in with the group, the Birthers, and being called crazy. Here I want to take a stab at this.

Two points: One, the whole birth certificate discuss, to an extent is an exercise in rhetoric. Two, the certificate won’t appear. Who really expects it to?

Those wanting to see a BC are being called crazy and are even seen as being nuts. Now, in ten, twenty, thirty, forties years, this issue will still be alive in the minds of some somewhere in America, in the world, and do we wants a bunch of historians and future Americans saying, “Why didn’t someone ask?” These would be the same people who will wonder how certain politicians were elected, and how the ‘MSM got away with it.’ At some point, there must be absolution for those living now, future Americans must know that someone tried, and that is important and necessary.

Again, the issue will go unresolved, but if someone didn’t ask the question, well then, when would the time come when other questions become ‘inconvenient’ to ask. To an extent it is a moral and ethical issue. What is wrong with asking, because you may be called crazy? Every time a progressive questions or name calls anyone that should make us wonder—and then question. We have progressives and elected-Democrats lying, and voting for things they haven’t read. What do we do when questioning that is called ‘being crazy?’ Oh, that’s extreme? It wouldn’t happen?

‘Crazy’ people have resolved important issues by, at the very least, asking a question.
Is being called ‘crazy’ the most horrible thing in the world now? Asking questions is a risky business. Let us not forget, the Soviets locked dissidents up because they were ‘crazy.’

Why can the president just do his job and not complain because there are people who don’t like the way he’s doing the job? Instead he whines about ‘people’ get information:

There’s information “not high on the truth meter,” he complains or rather what he says isn’t viewed as “high on the truth meter,” and he knows it and doesn’t like.

Jesus is maligned

My problem with the Left is their willful ignorance of the life of Jesus. Surely this ignorance is willful, because there is no other way to describe it. And since this ignorance is willful, the only resulting thought is, “That they are lying about Jesus.”

Here:

The problem is “Debra Dean Murphy, a religion professor” apparently has no idea what she’s talking about.

To begin to understand Jesus, it must be understand that God is the Father. Jesus also had a stepfather and very good man, by the name of Joseph, who was chosen by God to be that stepfather. Joseph was also a productive man who was a carpenter, an important craft. Jesus was a Jew by birth and Jesus was named at the time of his Bris, a ceremony which welcomed infant Jewish boys into a covenant between God and the Children of Israel.

Remember the census which was ordered by Caser, to count all the people of the Roman Empire? Joseph took his wife to the town of his birth, Bethlehem, where Jesus was born. This is a Biblical story atheists are even familiar with.

After decades of Seti, (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) listening to space, and Voyager with its gold record leaving the solar system, we have the word and that is, “Don’t talk to aliens, warns Stephen Hawking.”

“He concludes that trying to make contact with alien races is “a little too risky”. He said: “If aliens ever visit us, I think the outcome would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans.”

Worse than that the aliens may be like the French—think of Haiti! The atmosphere of the Earth is the largest open border we’ve got, and since the Federal government can’t handle the U.S. Mexican border and the president defunded as well as altered the mission of NASA, and then changed his mind. The lack of presidential decisiveness, which is one of the hallmark marks of this administration, makes one wonder about the possibility of any productive efforts regarding space exploration for the next three years or for eight altogether, and thinking about a space ‘visitations,’ and if the aliens do show up, will we ready, either to resist, or at least, provide a guest room for a short stay.

We always assume we will meet them on a common ground, or in ‘common’ space for that matter, or will those beings being more sophisticated than we, simply help us toward our own extinction. The possibility of nasty visitors from outer space isn’t new. We have H.G. Wells’s War of the Worlds. Wells appreciated the possibility of not-so-nice-visitors from Mars, better than the U.S. government does of those criminal types (read drug gangs) coming across the Rio Grand. This is not a criticism solely of the Democrats, but also of the Republicans, at the Federal level.

If some star faring species happens across a sluggishly gliding-along vintage 1970’s Voyager Tinker Toy, and gets Earth’s address conveniently inscribed on the gold plate on the side, what would happen next is anyone’s guess. We could simply be ignored, which isn’t a bad outcome. Or they could just drop on by, for a nosh and a chat, and that is where the possibilities and problems begin.

The Twilight Zone episode: To Serve Man, easily springs to mind. Then again, they may prefer to dine out, and supply their own doggy bag. The TV series V has been remade and is predicated on the whole idea.

The question must be asked: Where did the notion come from that extraterrestrials would be nice, let alone benevolent? Is it based on the idea that the smarter, the more advance you are, the nicer you’ll be?

Sounds confused. Sounds like the political Left. If I’m off target, by all means let me know. Historically we all know that the advanced culture takes over every time, and there are numerous examples where the result wasn’t pretty. Just laying out the reality of the situation. No apologizes are to be found here. For those who are unprepared, well, you get what you get.

Secularism's weakness and Earth Day

Some say Earth Day is today. For me, I consider what I do everyday when it comes to Terra Firma, but, then again, I don’t think there is any reason to ‘celebrate’ the Earth either. For one reason, the Earth doesn’t care.

The Earth has been in existence in some form or another for many, many moons. The human species is a late comer. While other species have come and gone before the first human ancestor put his footprint in the mud.

Now, why do we have this 21th centery planet worship? I suspect that when materialist atheism kicked and the secular world grabs whole, and when God is ignored, being that God can’t be negated (that’s what I believe so that’s that.), the material world must be worship and revered instead. G. K. Chesterton said it best: “When people stop believing in God, they don't believe in nothing— they believe in anything.”

Earth is there proverbial Golden Calf, and as all know the planet has been assigned its open sex, being female. A designation from earlier times, I won’t say primitive because in many ways modern societies, Western or Eastern are still primitive in their own particular ways. In the East I blame secular Western colonialism. In the West, I blame Marxism and the assorted ‘isms’ it gave rise to.

Face it. Marxism is a very materialist political/economic system, which makes Capitalism seem almost pauper-ish.

But back to Earth Day, I say take time to pray to God. Being a religious man that is my bias, and a vise I can live with, for one reason, no corporation or politician can make money off promoting my belief.

Secularism has a weakness, and that is, everything it offers is transitory. Even the Earth won’t last forever.

The average Chinese is, no doubt, and intelligent being, who deserves the right to be respected as and individual as each Chinese individual has a reasonability to treat every fellow Chinese with the same due respect as a human being.

Now, what does this have to do with the West’s interest in the diet in China? Well, to be thoroughly honest, it is none of the West’s business. The Chinese can figure it out for themselves.

Great nations are not great because they wheeled power. Great nations are made up of giving individuals, people who work hard, understand hard work; succeed at that hard work and give, even when they know sacrifices will be great.

For America it was World War I and II and every other conflict where the nation has given because what America has to offer was great: the individual right to succeed and fail and to try again. In how many others nation does the individual have that opportunity?

In every nation’s existence there is crisis. America is suffering a crisis economically, politically, and morally.

In a nation such as the United States all three of this elements: economy, politics and morality are individual concerns, individual responsibilities. As long as we, Americans understand our responsibility as individuals who want to succeed, no tyrannical government can succeed.

People don’t think.

People don’t think. But people, especially when they are young are told, “You have to go to college. You need a degree.”

But the truth is, you don’t need an education to learn how to think. I state this because there are many days I wonder, why I bothered getting degrees.

Many successful and creative people had what, by ‘modern’ standards, would be considered a substandard education or no formal education at all?

First, I won’t even mention Thomas Edison, but I choose Hemingway, and yes, I know his socialist sympathies are an issue, but what post-secondary education did he have? Besides none?

I’m not saying education be damned you’ll be a success, but why, to be a journalist, does anyone have to spend four years and X dollars to get a degree in writing to work for any news sources. Without a degree, that doesn’t mean you can’t get a Nobel Prize. Al Gore, failed presidential candidate has a journalism degree and a science fiction, or rather a ‘science’ slideshow under his belt. Also, being in the right place at the right time, and accomplishing nothing, you can get one just for ‘being.’

Fields exist were an advanced education is necessary. Astrophysics comes to mind, as does economics, but education? Remove the Education Department, a political and multicultural issues, and focus on Education and Theory Department, and money, time and minds will be saved.

Is thinking that hard? When people cut out the noise, and I don’t been just the TV, I mean everything, what is left is the silence, which can be filled with one’s own thoughts, not the opinions vomited out by some electronic device or hardcopy publication.

The problem is: do people have their own thoughts anymore? Or is it just ‘my teams against your team,’ ‘pull the lever,’ ‘click on the screen,’ ‘fire off nasty names,’ because on the internet, being anonymous makes being vile easy and safe.

How many people have actually thought about what they ‘think’ about, their beliefs? It shouldn’t take a philosophy course or four years in any educational institution to “stop, look and listen.”

Independent thinking is a divine right, and not some extension of natural selection. One’s thoughts may evolve over time and they should, but the change should be the result of careful consideration, and not group think indoctrination.
